Shipping and delivery

We care

We always try to use the best shipping option so that you can get your goods home safely and securely. The goods are always packaged with extra care so that you get the best experience from us. Your order is normally sent from us within 1-2 working days. Goods are delivered to the address you have provided, or to the nearest delivery point which is then notified to you. The shipping fee is always paid by the buyer and is based on shipping method and weight according to Postnord's tariff. Unless otherwise agreed, shipments under 1.5 kg are delivered by letter. Weight exceeding 1.5 kg is delivered as a package (MyPack) to private customers.

Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints

Right of withdrawal

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received the item according to the Distance Contracts Act. The item must be in essentially unchanged condition upon return. You pay for the return shipping yourself. The right of withdrawal does not cover digital products as they cannot be returned due to their nature.

 

Return

Send an email to karinsatelje@gmail.com. Feel free to use the packaging that the product came in. If you don't have this, other packaging will work, the important thing is that it is packaged well so that the product is not damaged. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping. Once we have received information about the return, we will notify you by email without delay that we have received it.

Refund and kediteration

Payment by invoice

If you have chosen to pay with a Klarna invoice, it is important that you move forward the due date of the invoice, you can do this easily at klarna.se When we have received the return, the amount for the goods that you have returned is credited and Klarna sends you an updated invoice via e-mail. If you have already paid your Klarna invoice, Klarna will contact you for a refund.

Payment by Visa or Mastercard

Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount of the goods you have returned to your card. This takes about 3-4 banking days from the time we have processed your return, however no later than 14 days from the day we were notified that you wanted a return.
